About the Company
Tipple Box is a dynamic start up based in Edinburgh. Tipple Box provides premium, small batch spirits, cocktail ingredients and recipes delivered directly to our customer’s door. Since launching in 2014 our boxes are now sold through TippleBox.co.uk, Not On the High Street and John Lewis online and are launching in-store in Fenwick's and Lakeland this Christmas.
We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic Community Coordinator whose main tasks will include:
• Being responsible for the day to day online presence
• Being responsible for customer care and order management
• Establishing an online marketing strategy
• Generating content for both online and offline
We are looking for an individual with knowledge of digital marketing to help grow our company’s online presence and interact with customers on a day to day basis. Knowledge of the craft spirits market is preferred but not essential.
You will be IT and technology literate with an understanding of social media for business purposes. You should have the ability to engage with a variety of individuals and have a warm and friendly approach to customers.
You should be able to prioritise, manage your own workload and take initiative as well as being well organised and work on tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
