Customer Conversation Officer with Big Noodle With offices in London and Edinburgh, Big Noodle are expanding and want to add to their team a brand new Client Officer.

Location: Glasgow

Scottish Living Wage, full-time, permanent role

Ideal start: April 2015

They deliver strategic solutions for mobile, web and store aligned with secure collaborative HD video technology, core financial processes, social media, and of course how to harness Big Data for true operational effect.

As a Client Officer for Big Noodle your main tasks will include:
• Working alongside Big Noodler's delivering business and technology innovation and change
• Understanding customer’s needs and engaging and responding to add value to them as individuals and to their business
• Representing and articulating customer needs within the business
• Developing commercial acumen and driving business engagements
• Inspiring and reassuring clients by building trust and adding value


Requirements

Big Noodle is looking for an outgoing and sociable graduate to become their next Client Officer. You should thrive on working as part of a team, love networking and socialising and be an engaging communicator. You will be confident in dealing with a vast range of people from different backgrounds and at various corporate levels, right up to CXOs.

Big Noodle are looking for a smart, savvy and adaptable big-picture thinker who is passionate about making a difference. You will competent and full of integrity; not only talking the talk but also walking the walk. You should be empathetic and possess the ability to understand people and what they need to succeed within their personal and professional lives. The ideal graduate will have a fascination or strong interest in the worlds of consumers and business, Big Data and Omni-channels.
