Beer52 is the world’s largest and fastest growing craft beer club, started by one guy with passion for beer after being inspired by a craft beer road trip on the back of a Harley from Edinburgh to Faro.
£1000 per month. Full-time (38 hours per week). Permanent post.
Beer52 is on the look out for a superstar Customer Experience Officer to provide their customers with the best member experience online. If you look on the bright side, are willing to take decisions on your own, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!
Beer 52 deliver an expertly picked selection of craft beer through the post on a monthly, flexible subscription and since officially launching in September 2013 have grown rapidly. They deliver over 40,000 bottles of tasty beer to door steps in the UK every month and have also just launched their own magazine Ferment – Experiments in the craft alcohol movement.
Their team includes the founders of Naked Wines, Secret Escapes, SuperJam and the former CEO of Harviestoun Brewery.
As a Customer Experience Officer your role will include:
- Fulfilling orders, replacements or exchanges
- Solving customer inquiries in Zendesk, Zopim Live Chat and over the phone
- Keeping inventory up-to-date, making sure that there’s always beer in the fridge
- Collecting feedback from customers on their experience
- Liaising with suppliers and the Beer52 warehouse
- Other admin responsibilities

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, ideally with a background/interest in business, sales, administration, hospitality or customer service. You should have a great work ethic, be open minded and able to adapt to the task at hand. Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous. You will be IT literate and a top notch problem solver. A love of good beer is an advantage!
