SoConnect is a data networks and telecoms reseller whose focus is on fantastic customer service. We deliver great value products with no compromise to the service levels you expect and pay for. We will meet and manage our customers’ expectations so that they know what will be delivered and when.
Our aim is to deliver highly available fast bandwidth that allows businesses to take advantage of cloud based and hosted applications.
SoConnect was founded by Campbell Fraser and two other entrepreneurs in the communications and technology sector. They all run their own successful technology businesses. Between them the founders have over 50 years experience in the Telecoms and IT market.
They all have a passion for great service and believe that anything is achievable if people communicate clearly and work together in long term partnerships.

The account manager will be responsible for furthering and implementing SoConnect’s sales strategy and drive revenue by increasing the company’s market share. The graduate will be responsible for:
• Direct and Indirect sales into target markets
• Upselling to Existing Customers
• Developing business networks and contacts
• Utilizing social media to develop these networks
• Account management and planning with existing customers
• Customer presentations
• Developing a Multi-channel approach to reaching our target markets
The graduate may at times also be expected to get involved in other office activities and project work where required.
The candidate will benefit from support from the SoConnect team and will have access to full training.
This role would be ideally suited to graduates with a background in business management, marketing or similar discipline with some experience of sales. You will be confident, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative to work autonomously as well as work as part of a team. Previous experience of using social media channels for business engagement would be highly beneficial.
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be willing to learn the technical language around the products that SoConnect market. You should be thorough and conscientious in your approach to finishing tasks, while meeting deadlines. Candidates with a knowledge and understanding of the sales models and processes are desirable.
