£16,640-£21,000 p/a. Full-time permanent position
CORGI HomePlan are going through an exciting period of business growth, and they are looking to add a graduate HR Administrator to their team, to support with the growth and expansion of the organisation.
Within this role you will be responsible for all HR activity including:
• Recruiting new staff
• Preparing and reviewing employment contracts
• Updating HR files
• Assisting at interviews
• Assisting at inductions
• Provide assistance to line managers at staff reviews
• Creating and recording HR documents
• Prepare testing documents, review and discuss results with line managers
• Preparing detailed reports for directors
• Monitoring training records, 121's and appraisals
• Tracking absence / return-to-work meetings.
The successful graduate will be educated to degree level, ideally with a background in Human Resource Management or related-subject and possess a comprehensive understanding of HR.
You will be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion at all times. It is essential that you have the ability to work independently in a structured environment. You will be driven, ambitious and highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You should have both good time management and strong IT skills.
