The work of the ISC team will specifically support ISC’s ambition to be the internal/ external benchmark for performance and will also provide services to the broader Global Supply function. The role holder will be part of the HR team that supports the geographies of the International Supply Centre. Although part of their accountabilities will be specifically focused on the Scotland geography of the ISC, parts of their deliverables will also be across all geographies. There will also be a strong link with the wider HR team across Western Europe for key projects. The role has responsibility for supporting the programme management and delivery of our multi year talent plan with a particular focus on ensuring simplification and standardization within ISC. It will also play a key role in the embedding of Workday and ensuring that GS / ISC utilises the system to maximum effect to drive performance. Predominantly this role will support projects in Scotland and the rest of the ISC.

• Ideally educated to degree level in a related subject
• Willing to work towards CIPD Qualification highly Preferred
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Able to multi-task and switch priorities as needed. Also needs clear understanding of deadlines and ability to stick to them
• Must be a self-starter, able to take on a task with little direction and complete it with success
• Experience of working with cross geography teams desirable
• A desire to work in the Reporting / Business Intelligence and Analytics arena
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be organised and highly analytical in approach.
• Attention to detail is critical
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Must be competent in the use of standard Microsoft Office apps such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
