TVSquared works within the DRTV advertising industry, helping companies to uncover the true value of their DRTV investment and enable them to optimise it.
£7.15 per hour, full-time for 6 months, with a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate
TVSquared are looking to add to their team a Marketing and Sales Admin Assistant. The main tasks of this role would include, but are not limited to:
• Lead generation, including research to identify target clients and monitoring progress from target to lead
• Maintenance of Salesforce (CRM system)
• Website maintenance
• Content creation
• Setting up online/telephone surveys of customer satisfaction, analysing and reporting on results
• Carrying out competitive analysis
• Social media and outreach e.g. influencer list
• Scheduling of client meetings and travel arrangements
• Other ad hoc tasks
TVSquared are looking for a self-starting graduate who is keen to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the daily running of the business. You should be educated to a degree level. A background and interest in marketing would be valuable.
You should be IT literate with digital skills and experience of social media. Previous experience of maintaining a CRM system would be beneficial, though not essential. You should be able to communicate effectively in both writing and in person/over the phone. The ability to write creative and engaging content would be a positive addition.
The successful intern will be comfortable handling and reporting on data. A quick learner who is confident and outgoing would excel in this post.
