Matinée Sound & Vision is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join their team. Within this role your main objective will be to get the Matinée website ranked on the first page in Google & Bing for our top keyword searches and to generate leads for the sales team via social media and identifying prospects.

With over 25 years of experience in the language versioning and localisation industry, we understand the linguistic, cultural and technical challenges of audiovisual translation. Matinée transcribes audio and video programmes; creatively translates voice-over scripts, graphics and animations; casts and records over 2,000 voice artists in 80+ languages; subtitles all media, in all languages for YouTube, DVD or TV Broadcast and produces affordable web video and animations in any language. The ideal graduate will be highly organised with a 2:1 degree in marketing & business or a similar degree subject. The candidate will possess excellent writing skills, creative energy and have a good sense of humour. You will have a clean online persona which is fun, friendly and responsible. You will be naturally outgoing, able to start conversations with anyone, and to generate buzz and interest in Matinée’s services. You will already have an online presence on social media, write your own blog and have previous experience using WordPress.
Matinée Sound & Vision are looking for a quick learner who is able to understand their business and get to know their clients, suppliers and staff to create stories people are interested in sharing. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office, good written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail.
