ACTIPH Water is currently looking for a motivated individual who can take responsibility for several business development opportunities, making an immediate commitment to the efforts of the team. As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you will assist the team on a variety of events management and marketing projects.
These include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature, including press releases
• Responsible for organising events, exhibitions, trade shows and sampling (trade & public)
• Write and proofread copy
• Upload material to digital channels
• Help oversee the design and placement of advertising
• Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software and assess the results
• Be the main point of contact for external designers and marketing agencies
• Help compile and design presentations
• Visit clients, attend trade shows and exhibitions
• Support sales team, partners & clients with marketing materials & support services
*An extension of the contract after the internship placement is expected, as the right candidate would essentially be creating their own role within the company through their business development efforts.
ACTIPH Water is looking for a smart and proactive individual who is passionate about branding, events and making a positive impact on the world through their work. The ideal candidate will have an events, marketing, or relevant business degree, or have experience in a similar background.
You must have good IT and administrative skills, be confident and personable when dealing with people and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be able to respond to tasks and work confidently and efficiently. You must be organised, driven, adaptive and enthusiastic. You will be collaborative and work well with other teammates (but can work alone when necessary). The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to problem-solve quickly.
