Location: Inverness (with possible scope for home-working)
£7.85 per hour. Part-time, 20 hours per week for 12 weeks
The company is represented in the UK by franchisees Colin and Sandie Craig who run the Oil & Vinegar shop in Inverness, Scotland and who also manage online orders throughout the UK.

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for devising and implementing a marketing strategy aimed at increasing in-store and online sales for Oil & Vinegar’s Inverness store and www.oilvinegar.co.uk.
The major focus will be to assist the Directors to introduce and promote a new web-shop design which is being provided by their franchisor but which will need to be revised and implemented by Oil & Vinegar Inverness to fit the UK market.
The post-holder will also prepare and implement a marketing plan for the new web-shop aimed at maximising customer reach and increasing sales.
In tandem the post holder will work with the Directors and the Inverness shop staff to prepare and implement a marketing plan aimed at increasing footfall and sales within the Inverness store.
The ideal graduate will have a background in marketing or other related business studies/experience. A knowledge of, and interest in, web-shop development and search engine optimisation would be helpful.
You should have a keen interest in the use of social media as a promotional business tool alongside a degree of understanding of retail business. An interest in good quality food and cooking in general would be beneficial. The post-holder will require good interpersonal skills and be able to both work co-operatively within a small team and independently on their own.
