Kitchens International currently employ 78 members of staff and at present is looking for a Project Assistant to support the implementation of a new business administration system.
Location: Broxburn –West Lothian
£7.45 per hour plus a bonus on completion of the project - Part-time, 20-22 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday mornings) for 3 months (extension possible)

Kitchens International is looking for a graduate intern to join their team to help integrate new software into their daily operations, to manage business administration. The software is called Winner Bizz, which is an organisational tool for kitchen retailers that optimises the daily processes and increases the quality of customer relation management (a CRM system)
As the Project Assistant the successful intern will be tasked with producing a user manual for the company to help them fully get to grips with how to use Winner Bizz, outlining any specific procedures or instructions in a user friendly manner, complete with How-Tos and FAQs.
The perfect candidate will be a highly organised graduate with a background in research. You should be a strong communicator with the ability to take large amounts of information and use it to create concise reports or instructions. You will be a good team player who is also confident working on their own, using their own initiative.
Candidates will be good at planning and implementing project timescales. You should be flexible and focused with the ability to work to deadlines.
The successful graduate will have strong analytical and research skills. Previous experience of using Winner Bizz or similar software is not required; however you must be IT literate.
