The Role

The role of Administrator is to support the effective an efficient work of the Regent Lettings team.  This will contribute to the delivery of our first class Lettings service to Regent clients, ensuring Lettings targets are met and the business complies with legislative requirements needed for the maintenance, running and upkeep of premises.

Reporting to the Lettings Manager, your duties will include the following: 
• General administrative office tasks
• Registering and managing incoming enquiries
• Qualifying applicants and arranging viewings for negotiators
• Supporting the coordination team during busy periods

 

Requirements

We need a person who understands the necessity of professionalism in a business environment and is therefore reliable and presentable.  You must be well motivated and willing to learn quickly, so as to understand and deliver our services effectively.  Customer focused and with a can-do attitude, you will have great communications skills as dealing with people is the core function of the role.  Your telephone manner will reflect this ability to deal with customers politely yet assertively.  You will be a confident and organised person with the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy office environment.

Prioritisation of tasks and workload is an essential skill for the effective delivery of this role.  You must be IT literate and display excellent attention to detail. 

It is important to have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team, bringing cooperation and supportiveness alongside self-motivation and clear decision making abilities to your work people inside and outside of Regent.
