About the Company

Guy Wedderburn set up CM Solutions in 2010 to offer innovative and bespoke management solutions to owners and managers of farms, woodlands and estates in Scotland. The company offers a wide range of services including rural tourism, development of public access, renewable energy, forestry and woodland management and management of let farms and property.

The Role

CM Solutions are looking for a Property and Office Administrator to join their team.

Admin Functions include:
• Copy typing letter and reports
• Scanning /filing documents
• Maintenance of the cloud based office management system
• Maintaining forward diary commitments
• Dealing with phone calls
• Managing office functions
• Maintaining client web sites and social media

 

Property Admin Functions include:
• Maintaining the property database
• Dealing with calls and correspondence with tenants and clients
• Dealing with trades in relation to repair and maintenance
• Maintaining forward diary deadlines
• Dealing with rent reviews and rent arrears
• Preparing leases and licenses form templates

Requirements

The successful candidate (not necessarily a graduate!) will be involved in various responsibilities as required by the business so you must be flexible, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team. CM Solutions are looking for an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills (verbal and written). You should have adequate IT knowledge, be proficient with MS Office and ideally possess some previous administrative experience.
