Carlyle is an Executive Search practice specialising in securing senior strategic positions in some of the UK's most dynamic companies, across a wide range of disciplines and sectors.
£18-20k pro rata. Full-time for an initial 3 months with possible extension
Working as a Research Assistant for Carlyle your main tasks will include:
• Researching key sectors, target companies and individuals
• Database cleansing
• Gaining commercial insight and exposure to a wide variety of Scottish & UK businesses
• Providing general assistance and support to the team ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in line with company objectives
The ideal graduate will be professional in appearance and character, with the ability to use sound commercial judgement. You will have strong communication skills; your written English must be excellent. Previous experience of database work would be advantageous.
You will be self-motivated and driven, and be keen to make an impact while learning the structure of a professional services firm. You must an excellent attention to detail and enjoy desktop work. Experience of carrying out vast research, either as part of your degree or other job, is required.
