£20-25k base + commission + bonus (uncapped)

Expecting to make major disruption in the marketplace, this service launch also marks the expansion from serving mostly Central Belt of Scotland to covering the whole of the UK. Working alongside the driven CEO, you’ll be involved in the creation of the sales strategy and then begin implementation from the ground up.
As a sales advisor your main tasks will be:
• Lead generation (direct and working with potential channel sources)
• Identifying new markets for direct and channel selling
• Product development (input/feedback)
• Proposal creation, follow up and close
• Account management through to deployment then post deployment
• On-going relationship management (full process to be build, refined and deployment)
• Working with existing marketing agency, supplementing their efforts to generate further leads

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a background in business or marketing. You must be highly motivated, goal-orientated and driven. You will be a strong team player with evidence of effective leadership skills.
The successful graduate will have excellent IT skills, be flexible and willing to learn. You should have a strong understanding of customers and their requirements and be able to match these. You will have a high standard of written and oral communication and be confident dealing with customers and clients across multiple mediums including, but not limited to, telephone, face-to-face and email. You will be dependable and reliable with the ability to think and react quickly. You must be able to manage your own schedule and work to deadlines.
