Sales/Marketing Executive with Everything4Rugby

Everything4Rugby is an exciting well funded start-up based in Edinburgh with a top class management team.

£18,000 p/a
Full-time, Permanent
Immediate start - 1 December 2015 if possible

 

Still In our first year, Everything4Rugby are now ready to expand our sales/ marketing team to directly engage with the decision makers in the rugby clubs and the community that surrounds these clubs. We have a fantastic and ever growing range of partners who have been carefully selected, which all offer great value and best of breed products and services that will benefit Rugby Clubs in a number of ways.

We have investment secured and a proven management team in place; we are ready to make a massive impact in the market and whilst we have exceptionally high standards of professionalism, we do place a lot of importance in having an enjoyable and fun working environment. 

We have already successfully engaged and retained a couple of graduates and we are keen to add to that group. We have ambitious plans and aggressive targets but all very much achievable with the right people on board.

You will report to the Sales Director and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
•           supporting the existing sales team
•           developing relationship with clients
•           maintaining a database
•           assisting with the ongoing development of marketing materials and strategy
•           seeking opportunities for solutions or process improvements for the benefit of clients, your colleagues and the company.
 
You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the following areas. 
 
•           Basic IT skills
•           Social Media Knowledge
 
Requirements

The ideal applicant will be educated to degree level in any discipline.  This role is all about the person and their attitude to working relationships with colleagues, existing clients and potential new ones.  You should be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to workplace issues, ambition, initiative, tenacity, drive, focus and a keenness to learn from those around you.

You must be well presented, able to communicate effectively (both face-to-face, over the phone and in written English), have sound time management skills, be a committed and flexible team player and relish success. You should be able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
