Coille Alba is a small environmental charity, based in the north of Scotland, whose mission is to support the sustainable management of native woodlands for the benefit of woodland owners, local communities and the wider public.
£7.85 per hour. Part-time, 24-30 hours per week for 8 -10 weeks
Start date: 2nd or 9th March 2015
Coille Alba is looking for a graduate intern whose main responsibility would be to survey aspen woodlands in Strathspey, and collect material for propagation.
The ideal candidate will have a background in ecology, environmental science or forestry, and a driving license. Some experience of tree identification, use of GPS and GIS mapping would be an advantage.
