This award is open to all Adopt an Intern employers (past and present) who have recruited over 3 interns, and honours their commitment to paid internships.
This award recognises and honours employers for their continued commitment to graduate employment and contribution to establishing a paid and accessible internship culture.
• The history of your internships provided in partnership with Adopt an Intern
• How your fostering programme (multiple internships) supports your business strategy and the impact it has had on your organisation
• The support/training you have provided for line managers of your interns and/or the career pathways that you have identified to support the progression of graduate interns.
Who can enter?
This award is open to Adopt an Intern employers.
To apply for this award you must have recruited at least 3 interns into paid internships within your organisation through Adopt an Intern.
Entry is free. This award is made to an organisation, rather than to an individual.
How do I nominate my business?
Please download and complete the submission document (available for download here) and submit it via the 'apply' button at the bottom of this page.
The word counts are simply a guideline, but please ensure that your entries are as concise as possible by using bullet points if necessary. Please ensure that all sections are completed. We will be unable to judge entries that are not complete.

How will the entries be judged?
All entries will be viewed by a panel of judges made up of award sponsors and Adopt an Intern.
When do I need to submit by?
Closing date for entries has been extended until midnight on Monday 23 March, 2015.
Entries will be judged by our sponsors and all nominated candidates will be notified by 1st April 2015. Please note: finalists are required to attend the 5 Year Celebration and Awards Reception on Thursday 30th April 2015, in Edinburgh.
