The Role

SME Professional are looking for an individual who is interested in a career in cloud software support, enjoys helping people and has a good understanding of software packages, system processes and working with numbers.

As a customer support specialist in the finance team, you will be helping our users navigate through our property management software to help them with features such as property ledgers, landlord statements, reconciliation and general property finance processes.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing and responding to technical support enquiries, via telephone and email
• Maintaining broad knowledge of all company products and services
• Helping to maintain procedures and processes
• Maintaining active relationships with clients
• Training clients on using our software
• Performing any other duties as reasonably requested

Requirements

You may apply whatever your education background as SME Professional value aptitude and team-fit more than specific qualifications. Previous experience working in the property industry in a financial role would be advantageous but is not essential.
