£8.25 per hour
20 hours a week for 12 weeks
Radiant and Brighter is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Financial Controller Intern to join their small team. Within this role your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting the Directors with Strategic financial planning
• Bank reconciliation
• Expenses and petty cash management
• Other financial administrative tasks as necessary
• There will be general administrative duties to complete, as normal in a small team environment
The ideal intern will be educated to degree level with a background in finance or other related subject and be looking to start a career in finance and accountancy.
You must have a sound understanding of basic accounting principles, and be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to display that you can handle confidential information in an appropriate manner. You will have strong analytical skills, be a motivated self-starter able to work independently, with minimum supervision. You should also have experience with MS Office and especially Excel and Word.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be trustworthy and discreet. The graduate must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise, take initiative and adapt to different situations.
We are a small team so you should be happy to undertake a range of diverse tasks and responsibilities, being a positive team worker.
