Full-time for an initial 12 weeks with view to permanent position

As a Customer Service and Social Media Facilitator your main tasks will include:
• Dealing with customers via phone, e-mail and social media.
• Ensuring up-to-date information is provided via social media to customers.
• Creating an online support presence on appropriate forums
• Liaising with other staff to ensure good information provision.
• Ensuring the company website is kept up to date
About the company
Emporium Vapour is a family run business established 4 years ago to sell Electronic cigarettes. With 22 staff, they are dedicated to offering customers a great level of customer service including custom liquid blending in each of their 5 shops They have also developed their own e-liquids and manufacture them for shops and wholesale throughout the UK.
The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. An excellent working knowledge of issues surrounding the use of electronic cigarettes and the willingness to keep up-to-date with new products and legislation is essential, as is a thorough understanding of the devices and liquids used in vaping.
You will have knowledge of social media and how to create a good presence, brand awareness and engagement for business. An understanding of specialist forums and how to create a good impression and presence is required. You will have a high degree of proficiency in office applications and be able to demonstrate this.
The ideal candidate would a solid understanding of the interaction between new media, customer service and public relations.
