About the Role
The UK Distribution Group of Rémy-Cointreau is now looking to appoint a graduate intern for 6 months. Within this role your main tasks will include:
• Sales order processing on SAP
• Direct customer contact regarding order confirmation and delivery
• Answering customer queries by phone and email
• Managing the indirect supply of goods to on-trade customers and events
• Dealing with other ad hoc queries relating to the role
There may also be the opportunity to support some internal projects which would give scope to learn more about customer master data within SAP and also to develop excel skills.
The ideal candidate can be from a number of academic backgrounds, but may be of particular interest to those who have studied Supply Chain Management. You will be positive, upbeat and pro-active. A driven and motivated individual, you will follow instruction and processes well and be keen to learn.
You must have very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside a very high attention to detail. You will be happy to work as part of a small team of three people in same office space, and equally content in a fast paced environment. Microsoft Excel skills would be a strong advantage.
