TaxAssist Accountants is looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist to join their Technical Support Team. Responsibilities include answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls, ensuring that high service standards are maintained throughout the process and that queries are professionally handled at first point of contact or passed onto the right person for prompt action. The successful candidate will also be the first point of contact for clients and visitors arriving at the office, whether by appointment or ad hoc callers.
The role will be full-time, but TaxAssist is open to discussing flexible working hours.
The ideal candidate will be friendly and excited to engage with TaxAssist Accountants’ audiences.
You should be detail oriented and able to effectively communicate key information to both the team and potential or existing clients. Being able to provide evidence of exceptional customer service performance in current or recent employment would be highly advantageous to candidates.
There is no specific academic requirement for this role, although it would suit a recent graduate or a returner.
You should also have the following skills:
