Do you have experience using excel spreadsheets and a keen eye for detail?
Millar & Bryce are looking for a data administrator with experience using and analysing multiple Excel spreadsheets. This is a crucial role with the responsibility of managing, understanding and organising client account data.
Millar & Bryce are Scotland’s premier firm of private Searchers, offering a wide range of services to the Scottish legal profession. To help meet the challenges of their successful growth in the market, they are looking for a Data Administrator to gain experience within the data services industry.
Millar & Bryce forms part of Landmark Information Group a business that delivers data, analytics and workflow solutions to support the European and Asia Pacific commercial and residential property markets.
For this role, the following skills and experience are required:
• Experience using and analysing Excel spreadsheets
• The ability to understand data sets and can cross-check details on the company’s existing CRM, make amendments where necessary and build an action log
• An eye for detail, in particular, financials as this project will look at live customer account pricing
• Self-motivation for process-driven tasks
