Digital Marketing & Content Intern with teamtrackr

teamtrackr provide digital products and services to help teams, organisations and sponsors improve the fan experience through technology, helping drive loyalty and engagement.

Location: Glasgow
£7.65 per hours, 20 hours per week for 12 weeks.
Mid/End September start.

(Please note that you will be invoicing Adopt an Intern as a freelance/consultant. This is a very simple, uncomplicated process. You will also be advised to register as self-employed with HMRC if you are not already registered.)

teamtrackr are about to launch a handful of market testing products, and are looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Intern to assist with marketing and promotion of these products
The role will be varied, but key tasks are likely to include:

  • Content creation; helping to create compelling and informed written and visual content for use across a range of online channels
  • Social media; working with the existing team to help outline a social media strategy for the project partners and help execute it on a day-to-day basis
  • CRM; using the CRM tools to help plan and deliver a CRM strategy to maximise user retention and engagement
  • PR and blogger outreach; identifying relevant media contacts and third party blogs for partners, you will work with influencers to gain coverage for the project 

There is a possibility this role may result in a permanent position as the company grows.


Maybe you’re an aspiring sports journalist, or a social media guru with an interest in (and knowledge of) sport? Either way, the ideal candidate will have a strong ability to write compelling and informed content, and have a solid understanding of key social media channels and digital marketing.

Educated to degree level, you will be enthusiastic and a great communicator, who’s keen to learn and develop both personally and professionally. You’ll be part of a small team, so you’ll also have to be a great team player.

Any experience with Photoshop or HTML editing would be advantageous, but is not essential.
