HR Assistant with Peak Scientific

£9.30 per hour

Diversity Works is a Scottish Government funded project aimed at supporting the development of inclusive practice in recruitment and employment of women from black and ethnic minority communities across the country. This vacancy is an important part of the Diversity Works project, as it will demonstrate the journey of women participating in it through the recruitment process from start to finish.

The Role

You’ll report to the task force manager. This task force is integral in the future of Peak HR! Don’t worry; we try to put the “fun” into HR. Though you’ll be asked to help on a wide variety of tasks, your main focus will be:

· Auditing global HR SOPs, policies and processes
· HR document management control
· Researching and updating our HR policies and processes
· Undertaking a variety of HR admin support tasks

Peak Scientific's HQ at Inchinnan Business Park (PA4 9RE) is located north of Glasgow
Airport and is not served well by public transport links, so having your own transport would
be preferable.


Requirements

“You are an outstanding communicator, and you’ll enjoy being in the hustle and bustle of Peak as a key contact for employees, working in a fun, dynamic, positive environment. You will be eager to develop within a global HR function.

You will also bring:

· Previous or relevant experience in a similar post.
· Enthusiasm about learning and development
· A flexible, proactive and collaborative approach to work
· Excellent working knowledge and understanding of MS Outlook and MS Office.
· Ability to be highly organised and multi-task, with exceptional attention to details
· Good oral and written communication skills.
