Are you the one that family and friends count on to help them with IT issues? How would you like to bring these skills to us, but earn some money and develop yourself while you’re doing it?
We have a great opportunity to join our IT Team based in Glasgow on an IT Support Internship. This is an ideal opening for a graduate in any discipline with a passion for IT, a keen interest for expanding their skillsets, and a desire to grow within a multi-award winning Scottish charity.
During your year with us, you’ll be engaged and supported every step of the way to reach your full potential and there’s even the possibility of this leading into a full-time role for the right person.
The main tasks will be:
•IT Helpdesk calls
•Playing a key role in large scale rollouts e.g Smartphones/Tablets and Printers

•A knowledge and understanding of IT related software and hardware
It would also be great if you have:
•A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
