The company faced its greatest challenge in 2009 when their main production facility and offices were totally destroyed by fire. Three months after the fire, Campbells moved to their new premises in Linlithgow which is 50% larger than the previous factory. The Role

Campbells is looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to work closely with their supportive sales team in Central Scotland to maintain and enhance their existing customer accounts and win new business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage customer relationships including price negotiations, lead times, terms of contract and product quality
• Use reporting software to assist with sales forecasting and margin analysis
• Ensure the margin on sales is maintained
• Meet with current and potential customers to build strong working relationships
• Work closely with our production team to assist with customers specifications and order requirements

If successful you’ll be offered an excellent salary, dependent on experience, and a fully-funded company car. Hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings.


Requirements

This job post would suit an individual with a degree or experience in a Business-related field, a strong desire for success and an excellent team ethic. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial drive and the capacity and desire to develop into a business leader.

Essential:
• Excellent people skills with a keen interest in building client relationships
• Comfortable communicator, both written and verbal
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and dedication
• Ability to report on sales analysis
• A willingness to learn and grow within the business

Desirable but not essential:
• Experience within the food industry

Full sales training and product knowledge will be ongoing for this role, with the team offering
full support to the right candidate.
