£18,000 per annum
Full-time for 6 months initially
Start date: Late September 2019

The Role

You will join EDEM’s marketing team to help support a range of marketing activities including marketing campaigns, lead generation, website content and database management.

As EDEM’s Marketing Assistant you will support a range of marketing activities and projects, including:

• Managing subscribers to eLearning platform and User Forum
• Managing and updating customer databases
• Maintaining literature database and highlighting latest publications from EDEM users
• Updating website and landing pages
• Setting-up, sending and tracking email campaigns
• Webinar support: Scheduling, setting-up and collating statistics on webinars
• Events support: Maintaining events calendar, preparing promotional items
• Creating visuals for social media campaigns
• Video Editing for EDEM’s marketing campaigns
• Any other duties related to the role


Requirements

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in a Business Management or Marketing related field. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as great attention to detail. You should have the ability to plan, multitask and prioritise as needed. Database management and analytical skills are also important.

Excellent IT skills are essential, with the ability to learn how to use new tools quickly. You will be using a customer relationship management (CRM) system, email marketing and marketing automation software and web content management system.

Any image and video editing skills are desirable. No technical knowledge is required but the ability to grasp new and complex concepts would be beneficial.
