Due to Molke’s recent growth and demand an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised individual to take on a diverse array of daily tasks and procedures. You will work closely with the company directors and will be managing a team of 12.
In this role you will ensure the smooth running of the daily operations and support the existing teams in tasks including, but not limited to:
• Working collaboratively with the existing team and staff to ensure ongoing objectives are met
• Managing sales, order processing and product dispatch
• Handling product requirement analysis, purchasing, and customer service
• Handling calendar management for the team, reviewing daily to ensure conflicts are resolved in a timely manner
• Support of data entry into relevant internal databases
• Supporting the induction of new team members
Additional responsibilities will relate to Health and Safety and Environmental Management, working with the Molke team to implement new processes and procedures as required in a rapidly growing company.
It is essential that the successful candidate understands and embraces the ethos of the company - honesty, body positivity, inclusivity and an awareness of ethical responsibility.
This role requires someone with an ability, willingness and motivation to turn their hand to a wide variety of tasks, and who has a focus on detail, time management, accuracy, and timeliness to facilitate the productivity of the team and general running of Molke. The role would suit someone with a proactive, positive manner with flexibility in their approach as Molke promotes a fun but focused working environment.
The following skills and qualities are required to be successful in this role:
• Experience working in a fast-paced organisation
• Highly organised with core time management skills
• A flexible approach, adaptable, and dedicated nature, high level of initiative and solutions-focused mentality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good social skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• HR and recruitment process experience
• 2-3 years of HR/administrative support or similar
• Health and Safety experience
• Experience managing budgets
This position will require someone adept at handling multiple work streams at one time in a dynamic, but supportive environment.
