The role

The purpose of this role is to support delivery and development of The Lens Programme and activities including managing workshops logistics, coordinating administration, developing relationships with Intrapreneurs, Judges and other key contacts and supporting the event management of Finals. You will be a motivated individual who is able to manage working by yourself and in a team, be proactive, able to take the initiative and is able to develop professional relationships quickly. You will work closely with the CEO, Lens Developers, Associates and the Operations Team.

Main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the logistics for workshops and events.
• Managing all administrative aspects of the Programme.
• Developing relationships with the Enablers, Judges and Intrapreneurs.
• Providing support at workshops and events.
• Preparation of materials for workshops and events.

Those successfully shortlisted will be asked to attend a group interview in the morning of 3 September before attending a one to one interview in the afternoon. Applicants must be able to attend both the one to one interview as well as the group interview to be considered for the role.
