The Scottish Textiles & Leather Association aims to benefit members through interaction and collaboration with industry partners and colleagues, by providing access to information and assistance, and promoting Scottish textile products and companies to buyers, suppliers and interested parties.
STLA are looking for a confident Business Development Assistant to manage accounts and increase brand awareness. They will support the Business Development Manager (BDM) in organising events and generate engaging e-Bulletins / news / copy-writing for their website. The intern will also help in researching and recommending suitable CRM software and systems.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in Business Management or an IT related degree. You will be self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team. You will have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
This role requires the candidate to work from home, and attend regular meetings in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
